Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a Sustainability & ESG Manager to develop and implement its ESG agenda across countries, align group commitments with actionable guidance, and support governance, reporting and performance management. You will translate complex ESG topics into practical guidance and drive climate, inclusion, and responsible digital initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in sustainability, ESG, CSR, governance, or related field.
Familiarity with ESG regulations and reporting frameworks (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, double materiality).
Comfort with data, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes.
Ability to coordinate stakeholders across countries and functions.
Clear communication and ability to translate complex ESG topics into practical guidance.
Structured, analytical, and able to manage priorities in an international environment.
Dutch fluency required; another European language is a plus.
