Job summary

i3D.net is building a new data center in the Netherlands and seeks a Data Center Construction Lead to manage design assurance, owner representation, and on-site execution from start to handover.

You will own designs, challenge assumptions, validate cooling/power, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery for a high-density facility serving global gaming and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Led data center construction projects with on-site oversight and owner representation.
• Strong knowledge of data center power and cooling infrastructure.
• Fluent communication in English; Dutch language skills are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Own the ready-to-build design by validating it meets business requirements and approve drawings before construction.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
• Validate cooling, power, redundancy, resilience, space, and structural requirements for high-density workloads.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure on-site safety, quality, and readiness for turnover.
• Serve as the owner's technical representative with vendors and contractors on site.
