Job summary

i3D.net is seeking a Data Center Lead in Rotterdam to oversee hardware deployment, maintenance, and operations across our global datacenter. You will drive installations, troubleshoot complex issues, and upgrade infrastructure with hands‑on leadership.

You will mentor staff, set standards, and improve how we manage servers, networks, and virtualization. This role blends technical ownership with people leadership in a dynamic, on‑site friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with RAID setups, BMC ports, imaging servers, and datacenter hardware.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teammates in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of server deployment, networking basics, and infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, install, configure, and troubleshoot datacenter hardware including servers and network gear.
• Support and guide team members in day‑to‑day tasks and technical development.
• Collaborate across teams and mentors to raise operational standards and processes.
