Job summary

Philips Personal Health in Amsterdam seeks a Grooming and Beauty Strategy & Business Development Director to set and execute the strategic direction for the G&B business. You will diagnose challenges, develop plans, and translate them into actions, guiding organic and inorganic growth.

You will collaborate with PH and Group Strategy, gather market and competitive insights, and engage senior management and regional teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in personal care industry or top Strategy Consulting firm
International business experience in Consumer/HealthTech
Executive-level strategy and business development experience in a multinational

Responsibilities

Shape the strategic direction of Grooming & Beauty Strategy, diagnosing challenges and translating plans into actions
Lead organic and inorganic growth initiatives for Philips Personal Health
Ensure strategies are embedded in operational and regional plans with Finance and regional teams
Collect and derive insights from markets, competition, and societal trends to enable portfolio management
Collaborate with senior management and act as a counterpart to other Strategy Directors to execute cross-Philips initiatives
