Job summary

Philips Personal Health seeks a Grooming and Beauty Strategy & Business Development Director to define and drive the strategic direction for the G&B portfolio. You will diagnose challenges, shape plans, and translate them into actions across PH and regional teams.

You will lead growth initiatives, guide inorganic and organic expansion, and ensure strategies are embedded in budgets and operating plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in personal care or Strategy/BD at executive level.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare ecosystem, Personal Health, consumer landscape and delivery models.
• International business experience in Consumer or HealthTech domains.
• Proven track record influencing and building strong working relationships.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction of Grooming & Beauty by diagnosing challenges and translating plans into actions.
• Support organic and inorganic growth for Philips Personal Health.
• Ensure strategies are embedded in operational and regional plans.
• Collect and derive insights from markets, competition and tech developments for portfolio management.
• Team up with senior management and interact with local stakeholders.
• Act as a close counterpart to other Directors of Strategy and execute strategies across Philips.
