Job summary

Philips is seeking a Director, Creative Excellence to lead the Creative Excellence agenda for Personal Health. The role sets ambition, standards and learning culture to deliver more impactful, distinctive work across Business Units and Regions.

You will drive creative standards, expression and effectiveness, partnering with the academy and AI initiatives to enhance quality, speed and scale while upholding brand integrity. This is a global, cross-functional leadership role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of breakthrough creative leadership within large organisations
• Experience in senior creative/brand leadership roles in international context
• Ability to translate creative ambition into practical standards and processes
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with leaders, partners and agencies

Responsibilities

• Define, embed and evolve Creative Excellence standards for Personal Health across Business Units and Regions.
• Develop guidance, tools and training to elevate creative development, from briefing to production and adaptation.
• Establish learning and evidence-sharing to improve future creative and activation decisions across the organisation.
