Países Bajos Jobs is currently hiring an experienced Grill Chef de Partie (CDP) for a restaurant in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This is a short-term opportunity starting immediately until May, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

If you are an experienced grill chef or Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and preparing high-quality dishes, this position offers a great opportunity to work in a professional restaurant in Amsterdam.

As a Grill Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your own station and preparing dishes according to the restaurant’s quality standards.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing and cooking diverse dishes on the grill station
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Preparing dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Following kitchen hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

You must be proactive, organized and able to remain calm under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
