Job summary

Van Acht Koks in den Bosch region seeks a flexible cook capable of working across cold and hot kitchen sections. Start on the cold station, then transition to hot, in a fast-paced venue serving up to 400 covers at peak. The role involves team collaboration within a line of 8–9 cooks, private events, and strict HACCP adherence.

Relocation to the Netherlands is required; English communication should be at least B1. Housing support and other benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hot/cold kitchen operations (grill, sauté, meat & fish).
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook across both hot and cold kitchen stations, starting on cold and moving to hot.
• Support high-volume service including private parties and themed events.

We are looking for a flexible cook who can work across both the hot and cold kitchen sections. You will start on the cold station for the first few months before transitioning to the hot side.

Our venue is fast-paced, with seating for up to 250 guests at a time. On weekends and sunny days, we often serve up to 400 cover for lunch. We are a dynamic business looking for an outgoing, team-oriented personality to join a line of 8 to 9 cooks per shift.

Beyond daily service, we host private parties and dinners, cellar wine tastings, baby showers, large group bookings, and themed events.

Benefits:

• Contract:38 hours per week (Full-time)
• Salary:~€3000 gross per month (Excluding 8% holiday allowance)
