Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Grants Associate in the Netherlands to manage end-to-end grant processes, from intake to reporting, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

You will work with grant evaluators and recipients, maintain complete records, and help scale grant systems in a fully remote setting with occasional travel. A service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or administration is helpful but not essential.
• Familiarity with grant administration and Salesforce or similar systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn new processes and work autonomously in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer grants through a grants management system accurately.
• Serve as main point of contact for grant recipients and resolve inquiries.
• Conduct due diligence to verify compliance with laws and policies.
• Review grantee reports to ensure legal and organizational requirements are met.
• Maintain complete grant records and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate monitoring and reporting to track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with evaluators to streamline workflows and improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to refine systems as grantmaking grows.
