FTI Consulting in the Netherlands is seeking graduates to join our Transaction Advisory practice. In this role you will work on a wide range of deals with domestic and international clients, conducting financial due diligence, building and updating financial data books, and preparing analyses to support deal decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Graduating with a degree, master’s or PhD in 2027 or have graduated in 2026.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch language is required.
• Previous work experience in internships in a relevant field.

Responsabilités

• Build and update the financial data book under guidance from Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Prepare several financial analyses to understand performance and financial position across sectors.
• Prepare questions for management to better understand the business.
• Draft report sections for due diligence projects with support from Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• As an Associate, take ownership by performing quality checks.
• Develop an understanding of the value drivers of a company.
• Understand the impact of our work on clients, the deal and the purchase price.
