Job summary

FTI Consulting in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is hiring a Graduate Associate for Transactions Advisory within Corporate Finance. You will work on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, build financial data books, perform analyses, and help draft due-diligence reports under guidance from experienced consultants.

You will grow through structured programs, coaching, and buddy support, gaining exposure to international deals and diverse industries while developing essential professional skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Graduating 2027 or graduated in 2026.
• Fluency in English and Dutch required.
• Internships in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Build and update the financial data book with guidance from consultants.
• Prepare financial analyses to understand performance and position across industries.
• Prepare questions for management to better understand the business.
• Draft report sections for due diligence projects with support from senior staff.
• Own and quality-check own work and develop understanding of value drivers and deal impact.
