You will be recruited into one track based on your background, technical skills, and career interests:

  • Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Hanshow’s smart retail software platforms.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in system architecture, code review, and technical documentation.

SaaS Operations Engineer Track

  • Manage and optimize Hanshow’s SaaS platforms to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Monitor system health, analyze incidents, and support root cause analysis for cloud-based environments.
  • Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to deploy, maintain, and scale cloud services.
  • Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Other potential technical tracks may also be considered based on business needs and candidate strengths.
