Job summary

AB InBev offers a 10-month Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme starting August 2027. You will rotate through Sales, Commercial, and Supply & Logistics, tackling real business projects.

The 70-20-10 learning model combines on-the-job learning, exposure to others, and formal training to develop future leaders. The programme requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, up to two years of professional experience, fluent English, and eligibility to work in the country of application with

Qualifications

• Graduated before Sept 2027 and within 2 years of graduation with a Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent.
• No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
• Passion and ownership are valued over field of study.
• Fluent English and native language of applying country required.
• Valid permanent visa/work permit for application country.
• Willingness to geographic mobility and travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

What is it?

Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme is a

• 10 months program starting in August 2027
• 3–4-month rotations within the program
• As a junior talent, you will work on real business projects situated in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics
• You will have a 70-20-10 learning and development approach, where 70% Learning on the Job, 20% Exposure to Other, 10% Formal Learning & Training

To be eligible:

• You must have graduated (before September 2027 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
• You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
• Your passion and ownership are more important than the subject you studied.
• Fluent English is needed, as well as the native language of the country you are applying in.
• A valid permanent visa/work permit is required in the country of application to be eligible for the programme.
• During the 10-month program and beyond, you might be required to travel within your country of application and across Europe.
