Job summary

AB InBev is launching its Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program in the Netherlands. This 12–18 month rotation program places you in Sales, Commercial and Supply & Logistics, giving you real business projects and a 70-20-10 learning approach.

As a junior talent, you will demonstrate leadership, ownership, and collaboration while traveling within Europe as required. Eligibility includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree completed before Sep 2027 and up to two years of work experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
• Fluent English and native language of the country you are applying in.
• Permanent visa/work permit to be eligible.
• Willingness to travel within the country and across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Work on real business projects in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics.
• Participate in a 70-20-10 learning and development approach (70% on the job, 20% exposure to other, 10% formal learning).
• Be prepared for geographic mobility within Europe during and after the program.
