Job summary

ADM’s Sales & Marketing Traineeship is a two-year program designed to develop your skills across multiple ADM business units in Europe. You will gain hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing, rotate through locations such as Amsterdam, Valencia, Heidelberg, Paris, and more, and present project results to senior leaders.

The program includes international relocation, mentoring, and opportunities to join a permanent Sales or Marketing role upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Food technology, Agri‑ Agro Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in English is required and a second language is preferred
• EU Citizenship required
• Willingness to relocate to different European locations during the program
• Strong drive, analytical skills, self-motivation and a results‑oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year trainee program gaining Sales and Marketing skills
• Work in different ADM business units across Europe and present results to senior leaders
• Move after one year to another country and BU as part of program
• After program, transition into a permanent Sales or Marketing role
