Job summary

HEINEKEN is inviting new graduates to join its Global Graduate Program in the Netherlands, a three-year journey with three rotations of six months each in Finance or Commerce, and a subsequent 18-month assignment within the home operating company in the Netherlands. The program culminates with a landing role in the Netherlands, enabling continuous growth and development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree completed by start of the program.
• No specific work experience required; new graduates only.
• Dutch and English language proficiency essential.
