Job summary

ZABEL is building its Amsterdam founding team and seeking ambitious graduates to kick off a sales career. You will start in Munich, then move to Amsterdam, where the role grows as you develop client relationships.

Expect structured sales training, mentorship, and a clear path to owning a client portfolio with a salary in the €50,000–€75,000 range depending on experience. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree completed or near graduation.
• Ambition and drive to build a career in sales.
• Willingness to pick up the phone and call people who haven’t heard of you.
• Ability to handle rejection, learn from it and improve.
• Take ownership, welcome feedback and continuously improve.
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cold call prospective clients every day to start conversations and create new business opportunities.
• Identify potential customers, build a pipeline and develop your own client portfolio.
• Manage opportunities from initial outreach through to closing deals.
• Build long-term relationships with clients across the AI, Data and Cyber markets.
• Contribute directly to the growth of ZABEL Amsterdam as part of its founding team.
