Job summary

A2G Consulting BV (A2G Technologies) in Amsterdam is seeking a Go Lang Developer to design, build, and operate production-grade CI/CD platforms. You will work hybrid, 3 days in-office and 2 days from home, contributing to cloud and on-prem deployments with Kubernetes, Ansible IaC, and security-focused practices.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of GoLang development and hands-on experience with enterprise CI/CD, cloud services, and DevSecOps, including L2 support and platform automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoLang development experience.
• Experience building and supporting production CI/CD applications.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on operational (Ops) engineering experience.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible Playbooks.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining COTS applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, operating systems, and infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations or Platform Engineer.
• Experience providing Level 2 (L2) production support for business-critical applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerized environments, and automation technologies.
• Proven experience working with enterprise CI/CD platforms and DevSecOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain platform components using GoLang.
• Build, support, and enhance enterprise CI/CD platforms and pipelines.
• Provide L2 production support for critical business applications and platform services.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment and operational workflows.
• Create and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Ansible Playbooks.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain COTS applications in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, networking, and platform issues to ensure high system availability.
• Monitor platform health and proactively resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve platform reliability and security.
• Support Kubernetes-based deployments and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Contribute to platform modernization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and change implementation.
