Job summary

A fast-growing staffing company in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced HR Client Partner & Sr. Technical Recruitment Consultant to manage IT platform infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for automation and security. This is a 12-month contract position that offers a hybrid work arrangement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in IT platform services.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written.
• IaC experience with Terraform and Pulumi.
• CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployment integration.
• GitHub, GitHub Workflows, and Actions experience.
• Platform engineering proficiency and container orchestration.
• Observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Cloud experience, preferably Azure.
• Database knowledge (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home, 3 days Work from Office.

We are seeking an experienced Platform Architect with strong expertise in creating and managing the IT platform services to join our dynamic team.

• We are looking for a Platform Engineer who will be responsible for creating and managing the IT platform services.
• You will have to manage IT Platform infrastructure for the organisation.
• In this position, your responsibility will be to Design and Architecture – Contribute significantly to design and architecture of robust, scalable and secure Infrastructure platforms deployed on Kubernetes.
• Build and Implement the IT Infrastructure Platform Services.
• Maintain and Operate the IT Infrastructure Platform.
• Security and Compliance of the platform.
• Automation.
• Documentation.

Qualification & Experience

• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (Azure Kubernetes Service) in designing, building and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Kubernetes Security and Networking.
• Hands‑on experience with Argo CD.
• Infrastructure as Code – Hands‑on experience with IaC using Terraform, Pulumi.
• CICD Experience – Experience with CI/CD pipelines and their integration with Kubernetes deployment.
• Hands‑on experience with GitHub, GitHub Workflows, Actions.
• Platform Engineering Proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with Container, Container registry, orchestration etc.
• Experience with Observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, LGTM stack).
• Programming Scripting – TypeScript (Optional).
• Hands‑on experience with Cloud, preferably Azure.
• Understanding of Database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL etc.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
