You will work in a structured shift environment and escalate any deviations promptly. The position requires MBO-level education, fluency in Dutch and English, and a disciplined, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• MBO level education required or equivalent in technical/production/life-science.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in a structured, regulated production environment preferred.
• Accurate, detail-oriented with disciplined procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute production activities according to approved procedures, safety rules and quality standards.
• Prepare tasks, materials and work areas as instructed.
• Operate equipment as trained and follow working methods.
• Document activities accurately and in a timely manner per GMP.
• Identify deviations or safety concerns and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with production colleagues and maintain effective handovers.
• Participate in training and on-the-job learning to build skills.
