Job summary

Marktlink Fusies & Overnames B.V. seeks an International Workplace Coordinator to ensure offices are well equipped, organized and welcoming. You’ll support international offices outside the Netherlands and travel frequently, collaborating with the Dutch-based Facility Team to align standards and processes.

You are hands-on, service-minded and proactive, balancing day-to-day operations with strategic facility initiatives, FMIS implementations, and supplier relations across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field.
• Experience in facility/workplace management roles.
• Comfortable in international settings and travel.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent Dutch and English; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of facility management across international Marktlink offices.
• Ensure offices are designed, equipped and maintained to a professional standard.
• Safeguard brand appearance and consistency across locations.
• Identify process improvements for facility operations.
• Lead office expansions, relocations and new openings.
• Build relationships with suppliers, landlords and partners.
• Take initiative in day-to-day situations and arrange deliveries.
• Implement and develop FMIS; manage facility tickets and issues.
• Maintain overview during busy periods like moves and openings.
• Collaborate with Facility Team and European colleagues.
