Job summary

Marktlink Fusies & Overnames B.V. is seeking an International Workplace Coördinator to keep our offices across Europe professional, well‑organized and ready for daily use.

You’ll ensure facilities are properly equipped, maintained and aligned with Marktlink’s standards, with frequent travel to international offices and collaboration with Dutch colleagues. You’ll lead facility-related projects, manage relationships with suppliers and landlords, and implement our FMIS.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field.
• Experience in a similar facility management or workplace management role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of facility management across all international Marktlink offices.
• Ensure offices are designed, equipped and maintained, creating a professional environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, landlords and external partners.
• Lead and coordinate facility-related projects, including expansions, relocations and openings.
• Collaborate with the Facility Team and Business Support teams across Europe.
