Job summary

Marktlink seeks an International Workplace Coördinator to ensure offices run smoothly across Europe. You will manage facility setup, maintenance and brand consistency while traveling between international offices and collaborating with teams in the Netherlands.

You are hands-on, service-minded and organized, able to balance day-to-day tasks with long‑term improvements. Fluent Dutch and English are essential, with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field.
• Experience in facility or workplace management.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive, service-minded and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of facility management across international Marktlink offices.
• Ensure offices are designed, equipped and maintained to a professional standard.
• Maintain brand appearance, quality and consistency across locations.
• Lead facility-related projects, including expansions, relocations and openings.
• Build relationships with suppliers, landlords and external partners.
• Collaborate with Facility Team and Business Support across Europe.
• Translate needs into practical solutions for international growth.
