Job summary

Marktlink is seeking an International Workplace Coördinator to ensure our offices across Europe run smoothly and professionally. You will own facility management, ensure spaces are well designed, equipped and maintained, and safeguard brand appearance across locations.

Collaborating with the Facility Team and Business Support teams across Europe, you will translate facility needs into practical solutions, lead office moves, and drive process improvements to support international growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in facility/workplace management.
• Ability to take ownership in an international environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Able to balance operational execution with continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proactive mindset with decision-making confidence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of facility management across all international Marktlink offices.
• Ensure offices are designed, equipped and maintained to support a professional environment.
• Safeguard brand appearance, quality and consistency across Marktlink locations.
• Lead facility-related projects including office expansions and relocations.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, landlords, and external partners.
• Collaborate with Facility Team and Business Support teams across Europe.
• Develop and implement FMIS and follow up on tickets and requests.
• Monitor priorities and progress during busy periods like moves and openings.
