Job summary

Colosseum Dental Benelux is seeking a skilled Workday Support Specialist to manage daily administration and product enhancements across Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Performance & Talent. Join a global IT team based in Breda with options for remote work.

You will partner with country HR teams to configure business processes, ensure data privacy and security, and maintain interfaces and reports. A bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of Workday experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of Workday experience configuring and supporting multiple modules (Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance & Talent)
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
• Stakeholder management experience and BAU support familiarity
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and improvements of Workday modules including troubleshooting and monitoring
• Participate in configuration, maintenance updates, releases, and testing to deliver value
• Partner with country HR teams to configure business processes using Workday functionality
• Ensure data accuracy, security and privacy through audits and controls
• Manage permissions and system operations for end users
• Support interface integrations and EIBs to subsystems and monitor recurring processes
• Create Workday reports, dashboards and analytics for org needs including audits
• Monitor JIRA tickets and provide timely support on requests
