Job summary

JD.COM is seeking a senior sales professional to drive market development and sell warehouse automation system integration solutions in Europe and the Americas. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying needs and presenting customized solutions to negotiations, contract closure, and after-sales coordination.

The role requires 5+ years of sales experience in warehouse automation, familiarity with WMS/WCS, AGVs, and automated storage/racking systems, and strong English communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 5 years of sales experience in warehouse automation system integration.
• Experience selling in Europe and the Americas; willingness to long-term overseas assignment.
• Familiar with WMS/WCS, AGVs, automated sorting and storage/racking systems; able to analyze customer requirements.
• Strong communication, English proficiency, and CRM capabilities; able to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market development and sales strategies for warehouse automation solutions in Europe and the Americas.
• Identify customer needs, present customized solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from engagement to negotiations.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts; collaborate with local partners to build long-term partnerships.
• Track industry trends and competitors; provide market intelligence to refine product iteration and sales strategy.
• Drive achievement of sales targets, manage contracts, payments, and after-sales coordination.
