Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Head of Global Value Stream Management at APM Terminals in The Hague, Netherlands. The role will establish and embed an enterprise approach to value streams and process governance across a global network.

You will connect process owners, experts and terminals, driving transformation and building a durable capability beyond a central function. The position reports to Transformation leadership and requires senior-level influence.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Value Stream Management, Lean, Operational Excellence or related disciplines.
• Experience establishing, scaling or embedding process-management in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end value streams and governance relationships.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale transformation across a global, matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise approach to Value Stream Management across the organisation.
• Define governance for value streams and processes across terminals, functions and markets.
• Build and lead a global matrix team delivering the VSM capability and process-management practices.
• Translate complex Lean concepts into practical language for frontline and leadership audiences.
