Job summary

APM Terminals in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks a Head of Global Value Stream Management to establish and lead the enterprise approach to value streams and process governance across the global network. You will connect process owners, terminals and functions to ensure consistent design, governance and improvement of processes.

This role requires leading in a complex matrix, translating strategy into practical operating models, and embedding a durable VSM capability with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Value Stream Management or related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale transformation and drive practical outcomes.
• Strong executive stakeholder management across global functions and markets.
• Experience establishing, scaling or embedding process-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterpriseValue Stream Management across the organisation.
• Translate the enterprise value tree into clearly defined value streams and processes.
• Create clarity around process ownership, accountability and decision-making.
• Embed Value Stream Management as a core business capability across a global network.
• Partner with Transformation Office to shape and enable business transformation.
