Job summary

Blue Phoenix is seeking a Treasury Manager to consolidate treasury expertise across the group from Rotterdam. You will own cash visibility, liquidity forecasting, working capital, banking relationships and financial risk from day one.

In a lean, PE-backed environment you will partner with Group Finance and local teams, delivering a future-proof treasury function, reporting to leadership and investors. A strong compensation package includes a 13th month and generous holiday accrual.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience in international group
• Hands-on experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and cash pooling
• Experience with banking relationships, loan facilities and covenants
• Familiarity with FX, interest rate hedging and treasury systems

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day treasury operations at group level, including cash and liquidity management
• Implement group-wide cash flow forecasting and consolidated cash reporting
• Maintain cash management structure and intercompany flows
• Drive working capital improvements with local teams
• Oversee banking relationships, loan portfolios and bank guarantees
• Develop and maintain treasury policy, controls and risk reporting
• Support acquisitions, funding needs and integration of new entities
