Job summary

HSO Group B.V. is seeking an experienced Group Treasury Manager to oversee liquidity, funding, intercompany cash flows, and banking relationships across its international footprint.

The role blends hands-on execution with the potential to lead a future treasury function as the business grows. You will partner with senior finance stakeholders to strengthen treasury processes, develop cash flow forecasting, and implement robust controls and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance.
• Strong experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and intercompany flows.
• Experience managing banking relationships, financing arrangements, and loan facilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel/cash-flow modelling.
• International exposure and multi-entity experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations at Group level.
• Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management to meet obligations.
• Manage intercompany funding structures and group cash flows.
• Develop and maintain treasury policies and controls.
• Support treasury aspects of M&A and integrations.
