vidaXL in Venlo is seeking a Treasury Lead to build and lead the Group Treasury function for a multinational e-commerce organization. You will manage liquidity, cash forecasts, and banking relationships, ensuring strong controls.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance and is comfortable working as a single contributor in a dynamic environment. The position offers a hybrid work model and various perks including a non-contributory pension.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking.
• Deep understanding of cash management and liquidity forecasting.
• Experience with banking portals and account lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Own daily global cash positioning including sweeps and currency balances.
• Produce and improve the 13-week cash flow forecast and 12-month liquidity outlook.
• Lead bank strategy, selection, pricing negotiations, and agreements.
