Job summary

HSO is seeking an experienced Group Treasury Manager to own and evolve treasury processes across the international organization. You will ensure cash visibility, liquidity management, and intercompany funding while building a scalable treasury foundation to support growth.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work with senior finance stakeholders, maintain strong banking relationships, and shape treasury controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance.
• Strong experience in operational treasury activities (cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, intercompany flows).
• Experience managing banking relationships, financing arrangements, and loan facilities from a corporate borrower perspective.
• Experience working with ERP systems, banking platforms, treasury tools, and strong Excel/cash-flow modelling capabilities.
• International exposure or experience in multi-entity organizations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Hands-on, quick starter with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations at Group level.
• Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management.
• Manage intercompany flows and internal funding structures.
• Maintain visibility and control over group cash flows.
• Manage relationships with banking partners.
• Oversee loan structures, repayments, and financing products.
• Develop treasury policies and controls.
