Job summary

HSO, a fast-growing IT consultancy, is seeking a Group Treasury Manager to own treasury processes across its international organization. Based in Rotterdam, you will oversee liquidity, funding, intercompany cash flows, and banking relationships with a hands-on, autonomous approach.

The role offers the chance to scale a treasury function, implement policies, and support M&A activities as the business expands globally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and intercompany funding.
• Experience managing banking relationships and loan facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day treasury operations at group level.
• Manage cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management.
• Oversee intercompany flows and internal funding structures.
• Develop treasury policies and controls; manage banking relationships.
• Support M&A treasury activities and integration as needed.
