Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a strategic Social Media Manager based remotely in the Netherlands to shape a global social presence. You will turn insights and trends into impactful social strategies, oversee the content calendar, and collaborate with creators, agencies, PR, and support teams.

You will monitor conversations and performance, driving engagement and ROI across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and other platforms in an international, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media strategy or related role.
• Strong expertise across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube and other platforms.
• Transform consumer insights into platform-native campaigns.
• Experience guiding content creators, producers and agencies.
• Data-driven with social listening and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Build community management frameworks to boost engagement on key channels.
• Own end-to-end social content calendar including evergreen and timely campaigns.
• Translate priorities into actionable creative briefs for creators and agencies.
• Lead with platform-native content while aligning with broader strategy.
• Monitor sentiment, trends and performance to optimize campaigns.
• Demonstrate ROI using analytics and listening insights.
• Coordinate crisis management with PR and customer support.
