Job summary

JDE Peet’s Utrecht is offering a Global Travel & Expense internship in the Netherlands. You will work in an international environment, analysing and auditing expenses and contributing to end-to-end process improvements within travel, meeting planning, corporate cards and expense reporting.

The ideal candidate is a Bachelor/Master student in Business Administration or Economics, fluent in English, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, ready to start in 2026.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program seeking an internship or project.
• Bachelor/MSc in Business Administration, Business Economics or equivalent.
• Enthusiastic, pro-active and pragmatic with a drive to deliver results.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to start in early 2026.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and audit business expenses across countries.
• Participate in creating process improvement plans for travel and expense areas.
• Autonomously work on a project assigned during the internship.
• Support training content, user guides and documentation as needed.
