Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program at a University looking for an internship or project (graduation projects can be discussed)
• Bachelor / MSc program in Business Administration, Business Economics or equivalent
• Enthusiastic and pro-active
• Pragmatic
• Driven and result-oriented: you want to make things happen
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to start in the first months of 2026 (latest March 01, 2026)

Responsibilities

• As Global Travel & Expense intern you will be working in an international environment and support the Global Travel & Expense team.
• You will be in charge of analysing and auditing business expenses across countries.
• You will participate in creating process improvement plans in all the area’s in which the team operates.
• You will be requested to autonomously work on a project assigned to you.
