Job summary

JDE Peet’s offers a Global Procurement Finance Intern role starting May 2026 at our Utrecht headquarters. You will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of finance and strategic sourcing, supporting cost and cash optimization, transparency, and procurement compliance.

You will work on risk assessment, productivity tracking, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Procurement to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s program for the entire internship period.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Structured, driven, energetic with excellent communication and teamwork.
• Available for at least 1 year (May 2026–April 2027).
• Five days per week: four days in-office, one day remote.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Risk Assessment: analyse supplier financial health and coordinate mitigation.
• Productivity Tracking & Reporting: monitor savings initiatives and document results.
• Forecasting: assist in standard cost setting and productivity planning.
• Process Improvement: participate in streamlining procurement finance processes.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: support data requests and business-case development with Finance and Procurement.
