Job summary

Sia Netherlands is a transformative global consultancy guiding senior client stakeholders through end-to-end change programmes. You will bridge strategy, people and technology, leading digital transformations, operating model redesigns, M&A and regulatory-driven change.

Fluent English required; Dutch is advantageous. You’ll mentor junior consultants, contribute to knowledge assets, and help grow the practice from Amsterdam or Maastricht offices.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional transformation experience.
• 3+ years in management consulting or in-house transformation.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset management).
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Change management certification is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through execution and benefits realisation.
• Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks tailored to client context and culture.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to embed sustainable capability.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables to agreed standards.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support proposal development for new business.
• Represent Sia at industry events, thought-leadership forums, and client workshops.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing day-to-day guidance and structured feedback.
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets, methodologies, and practice-area toolkits.
• Actively participate in recruiting, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives.
