Job summary

HID Global Secure Issuance is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives, drive cross-functional transformation programs, and manage acquisition integrations across global teams. You will translate priorities into measurable programs, align initiatives with broader strategy, and report on progress to executive leadership.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in transformation or program leadership, strong change management and stakeholder skills, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in transformation, program management, or related leadership roles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to VP, Head of SDI on transformation, integration, and strategic execution initiatives.
• Lead major cross-functional transformation programs across Functions and regions.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance, and value-realization plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and operational performance.
• Prepare executive presentations, reviews, and strategic communications.
• Drive governance and reporting, ensuring visibility of risks and decisions.
