Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in transformation, program management, operations leadership, consulting, corporate development, or business strategy execution.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional business initiatives.
• Experience managing organizational change and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within international and multicultural environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the VP, Head of SDI on transformation, integration, and strategic execution initiatives.
• Serve as central coordinator for major cross-functional transformation programs.
• Drive accountability across strategic workstreams and business initiatives.
• Ensure visibility of risks, dependencies, decisions, and actions across leadership teams.
• Support future growth initiatives and organizational evolution across the SDI portfolio.
• Maintain strong alignment with the Secure Issuance Strategy organization while focusing on SDI priorities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering/Operations/Finance

7+ years transformation/program management experience
