Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver training for employees across the EMEA region, starting in the Netherlands and expanding internationally. You will manage onboarding, coordinate sessions, and ensure training quality while collaborating with local sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, strong English skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain or Learning & Development.
• Strong English communication.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Experience delivering training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online training sessions across the EMEA region and online.
• Continuously improve and update training materials and content.
• Organize training sessions and coordinate them with local sites.
• Train and coach local trainers in various countries.
