Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management in a global environment.
• Excellent knowledge of international shipping regulations & customs procedures.
• Strong expertise in creating training documentation such as playbooks and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for logistics personnel.
• Conduct new hire training programs and ensure timely completion.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify training areas or documents for improvement.
