Job summary
Philips Iberica SAU offers an internship in Training & Capability Support for Master students (non-thesis). Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree (MBA preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/ED/Instructional Design or related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Structured, self-driven, proactive with diverse stakeholders
- Experience or interest in training coordination or capability-building
Responsibilities
- Training Material Development: prepare and format materials (slides, guides, exercises) per templates
- Training Deployment Coordination: plan logistics, invitations, readiness
- Training Repository & Knowledge Management: maintain central repository and versioning
- Training Data & Feedback Tracking: track participation and collect feedback
- Continuous Improvement & Cross-functional Collaboration: identify gaps and align with global teams
