Job summary

Philips Iberica SAU in Best is looking for a dynamic intern for the Change Program and Capability Support. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in capability development and change management within the supply chain.

As an intern, you will develop training materials, coordinate training sessions, and enhance training feedback tracking. The role requires a Master’s degree pursuit, preferably in HR or related fields, and skills in MS Office and instructional design.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree with interest in learning and transformational projects.
• Open-minded with a 'think outside the box' mindset.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of training materials.
• Coordinate training sessions and track participation.
• Maintain training repository and track feedback.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in training or instructional design

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with multimedia tools

Strong planning and execution skills

Education

Master’s degree (preferably MBA in HR or related field)
