Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking anexperienced Global Trade Licensing & Compliance Lead to shape and run a comprehensive licensing program across international markets. You will partner with Legal, Supply Chain, Sales, and Business Units to ensure compliance with export controls, sanctions, and evolving regulations.

The role demands a deep understanding of global trade, licensing strategies, and the ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical business actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Master's degree or Law degree or advanced qualification is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Global Trade, Export Controls, Trade Compliance or Licensing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a global licensing program for international operations.
• Secure authorizations from government agencies and regulators worldwide.
• Oversee license lifecycles: applications, amendments, renewals, reporting, audits.
• Create scalable licensing frameworks to support growth while ensuring compliance.
• Monitor changes in global trade regulations and assess impact on operations.
• Partner with Legal, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Business Units on trade matters.
