Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in the Netherlands seeks a GLO Customs & Compliance Expert for a hybrid role, averaging 2 days per week at an HPE office. You will apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve complex import/export issues and guide regional teams.

The role requires 4–6 years in a customs/global trade function, strong analytical and communication skills, broker management experience, and fluency in English and local language.

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 4–6 years of experience in a customs/global trade function.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with complex country/regional/global trade regulations in a rapidly changing environment.
• Manage customs broker activities and align to turnover-time and broker manuals.
• Support regional Customs Broker Strategy and provide audit support.
• Engage with HPE Global Trade and other organizations as required.
• Support emerging markets exploration and provide guidance on Customs Operations.
