Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior operations professional to coordinate Brand Program projects, align supply chain feasibility, and drive strategic planning across Commercial, R&D, Quality, and Finance. You will partner with TPMs and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time decisions, optimize supply, and deliver multi-year plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in Operations or related areas, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science.
• Business and product management experience in Life Science is preferred.
• MBA or higher education desired but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, or Financial Management.
• Proven ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned Operations Brand Program projects to ensure timely decisions with impact on brand sales and supply.
• Negotiate with TPMs for contracts or extensions and capture additional service costs.
• Communicate issues threatening supply and develop mitigations with cross-functional teams.
• Create a viable Brand plan, financial plan, LRP and lifecycle strategies.
• Interface with Commercial to forecast Brand/Product and stay aware of internal/external factors.
• Manage lifecycle transitions affecting brand sales and capital expenditures.
