Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Assurance Project Manager to lead cross‑functional quality projects across its global distribution and supplier network. You will coordinate plans, track milestones and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations while partnering with Quality, Supply Planning and Commercial Affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of Quality experience in a GDP-regulated pharmaceutical, biologics and/or medical device environment.
• Strong knowledge of global pharmaceutical and medical device quality systems, policies, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and execution of quality projects across AbbVie’s global distribution and supplier network.
• Provide input into the development, implementation and optimization of quality systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality, Global Distribution, Supply Planning and Commercial Affiliate partners to operationalize quality projects.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and coordinate initiatives to ensure compliance and business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance and cost efficiency.
