Responsibilities

• Analysing tender requirements and translating customer needs into a clear tender plan
• Gathering, checking and validating input from all involved countries
• Calculating transport rates and preparing accurate and competitive commercial offers
• Registering and managing all tender data in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
• Acting as the single point of contact for both the customer and internal teams throughout the entire tender process

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in road transport
• A passion for the profession, supported by a higher professional education (HBO) degree in logistics or business administration if possible
• Excellent analytical skills combined with strong communication abilities, enabling operation effectively at all levels within the organisation
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data‑processing systems, allowing quick and efficient mastery of new software
• Accuracy, resilience under pressure and excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
