Are you analytically strong, commercially driven and energised by data and stakeholder management? In the role of tender specialist, you take on a proactive position within our Dutch sales department, bringing together the best of the customer, operations and sales. Translating data into a winning business case: you’re on it.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the entire tender cycle for road transport; analyse customer data and tender requirements and translate these into clear principles for a suitable transport concept.
• Define the right approach together with the Business Development Manager and ensure all relevant internal departments (Sales, Operations and local planning teams) work effectively together on one strong proposal.
• Act as the connecting link between stakeholders and monitor the progress of the tender process; optimise collaboration between teams and incorporate customer feedback into strategic, data driven proposals that are commercially attractive and operationally feasible.
• Analyse detailed transport data and customer requirements and translate these into strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and local planning teams to develop a suitable operating model.
• Develop and optimise calculation models, processes and tender methodologies to ensure consistent and accurate offers.
• Manage stakeholders and oversee the tender timeline from start to finish, contributing to the strategy throughout the entire tender process right through to completion.

Qualifications
